I paid but never received my report. What should I do?

First, check your spam or junk folder. If it's not there, email us at support@testyouriq.app with your PayPal transaction ID and the email address you entered at checkout. We will re-send your report or issue a full refund within 24 hours.

Can I retake the test?

Yes. Each visit to the site starts a fresh session. Note that repeated exposure to the same test questions can inflate scores — for the most accurate result, allow at least several weeks between attempts.

Is my payment information secure?

Yes. All payments are handled directly by PayPal. We never see or store your card or bank details. TestYourIQ only receives a transaction confirmation from PayPal after payment is complete.

How accurate is this IQ test?

Our test is designed to estimate general cognitive ability across reasoning, pattern recognition, and problem-solving. It produces a reasonably reliable estimate for most adults, but it is not a certified clinical instrument. For a professionally validated IQ score, consult a licensed psychologist.

Do you offer refunds?

Because reports are delivered digitally and immediately, all sales are generally final. However, if there was a technical error on our side (report not delivered, wrong tier sent), please contact us and we will make it right.
