By accessing or using testyouriq.app("the Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and anyone who accesses or uses the Site.

2. Description of Service

TestYourIQ provides an online cognitive assessment consisting of 39 questions that produce an estimated IQ score. The service offers three report tiers at different price points, delivered electronically after payment. No user account or registration is required.

3. Not a Clinical Assessment

The IQ score and report generated by this service are for informational and entertainment purposes only. They do not constitute a clinical diagnosis, psychological evaluation, or medical opinion. Our assessment is not a substitute for evaluation by a licensed psychologist or qualified mental health professional. Do not make significant life decisions (medical, educational, employment, legal) based solely on results from this service.

4. Payments and Refunds

• All payments are processed through PayPal. By completing a purchase you agree to PayPal's terms of service in addition to these Terms.
• Prices are listed in US dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay.
• Because your results report is delivered digitally and immediately upon payment confirmation, all sales are final and non-refundable once the report has been delivered to your email address.
• If you did not receive your report due to a technical error on our side, contact us at support@testyouriq.app within 7 days and we will re-send it or issue a refund at our discretion.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site — including test questions, scoring algorithms, report templates, text, graphics, and branding — is owned by or licensed to TestYourIQ and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on this Site without prior written permission.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or systematically download test questions.
• Use automated tools (bots, scripts) to take the test or generate results.
• Share, sell, or distribute your results report to third parties for commercial gain.
• Attempt to circumvent payment requirements.
• Use the Site in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. TestYourIQ does not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TestYourIQ and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of (or inability to use) the Site or its results, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the Site shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service giving rise to the claim.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation; if that fails, through binding arbitration or the courts of competent jurisdiction.
